The key to keeping your forktruck up and running is regular maintenance.
Our complete P.M. program includes several types of inspections and services performed according to manufacturer recommendations. Our P.M. program is designed with your forktruck in mind.


	We will create a schedule tailored to meet your requirements. We have three categories of service; Inspection P.M. Service (Sundry Parts Only) Full P.M. Service
A Combination of the above can be used to create the perfect preventative maintenance program to meet your requirements.


Trained P.M. Service Technicians will not only change your engine oil and engine oil filter, but will examine both. Should the engineer consider the oil or filter to be contaminated, a sample will be obtained and analysed. Preventative Maintenance Servicing will extend the life of your forklift truck.

P.M. Information & Costing

Above you can view our PM service sheets for engine powered forktrucks. This sheet will be completed by one of our preventative maintenance technicians whenever we carry out a PM service to an engine powered forktruck. The in depth service sheet ensures your forktruck is examined and serviced to the highest standards. All our PM technicians are licensed to examine and test both chains and forks.

Typical Example of PM Service Costing
To service a 2.5 ton diesel or gas forktruck on a quarterly PM schedule would cost £59.95 per visit. This charge also covers travel to site and sundry service items such as grease, penetrating oil, chain lubricant, etc. but excludes service parts. Discounts will be given for fleet servicing.
