Service Department

Vickie Griffiths - Office Manager

Manages the office staff and the field service engineers. Vickie overseas the smooth day-to-day running of the service department by liasing between the parts department and the service controllers ensuring minimum down-time for our customers.

Chris Parker - Service Manager

Manages both the field service engineers and workshop engineers. Our service controllers are at the end of the telephone to take down our customers requirements. These controllers are in constant contact with the field service engineers via the latest technology. All field service engineers are equipped with laptops and the latest programmers to assist in maintaining our customers materials handling equipment.

Rental Department

Allan Picton - Rental Department

Your contact for rental trucks. Allan over sees both long term and short term contracts. If you have a non-service problem with your rental truck, or you require a short or long term rental, Allan is your contact.

Over sees all the parts ordered for our field service and workshop engineers and parts sold at the parts trade counter. The parts department deliver daily to customers site's, these delivery's include fuel, parts for both customers and our field service engineers, pallet trucks and all types of engineering sundries.
